Okay, I have the three items, I'm in the cave, and I've made up my mind that I want the sword.

What range of stats can I expect from this weapon? My first try gave Deathblow 2 and Mana Drain 2...is that about as good as it gets, or should I try again? I'd *really* love something with freeze on it.

I'd try again, deathblow is really unlikely, and mana drain isn't that good unless your a mage. Life drain is good, and frost would be brill but it's quite rare for a holy weapon.

well...so long and thanks for all the info

Second try:

+4 intelligence
+3 offense
+26 magic
Lighting 3
Fire 3
Life Drain 4

I think I'll try again; this one isn't much better than my Vampire bastard sword with freeze-poison-lifedrain and Singing deathblade with lighting-lifedrain.

Okay, made five more reloads on the Holy Sword:

Sword 3:

2 charms
+4 offense
+20 vitality
+60 magic
Speed 14
Deathblow 2
Spirit Damage 3

Sword 4:
1 charm
+8 agility
+2 intelligence
+6 constitution
+5 offense
+20 vitality
Speed 6
Lifedrain 3
Lightning 3

Sword 5
2 charms
+4 offense
+60 vitality
+80 magic
Speed 6
Fire Damage 3
Poison Damage 5
Spirit Damage 3
Life Drain3

Sword 6
3 charms
+2 agility
+6 constitution
+12 offense
+100 magic
Spirit Damage 3
Stun 3
Fire Damage 5
Poison Damge 2
Life Drain 3

Which do you guys think I should keep? I favor 6 for the massive magic bonus and diversity of damage...or should I try some more?

I would also take 6, because of 3 charms that you can fill with gold and the +12 offense also looks very good
