Thank you, thank you for a BEAUTIFUL game. I loved the visuals and the soundtrack (music and voice acting) so much that it seems niggardly to complain about about anything. The ending - VERY dramatic and unexpected (ha ha! BRILLIANT!) just cries out for a sequel (it will come soon, won't it?).
I did everything - every single side quest (except kill the rabbits - so I didn't meet super bunny). It took over a month, playing evenings and weekends and was totally absorbed by the game. The humour was fantastic, loved the fact that there were so many pick-ups. I would have like some re-spawn, just so that I could have upped my levels (I finished at level 35) I loved spotting the hidden characters (that was Eleanor of Aquitaine, Henry II and their son Richard I on Sentinel island wasn't it?).
When I got to about level 30, I did find that no enemy could damage my character which did make the fighting a bit ho-hum, but the final battle made up for that.
The gimmicks were also incredible, morphing into a dragon and flying around shooting down the nests and battalions, great stuff. Now if the sequel started from the end of Divinity 2 and took us to a happy ending.....that would be fantastic!
One final word: I only play games on a PC. I do not want to buy a console so PLEASE don't abandon your PC fans, like Lionhead with Fable! That was sooooooo upsetting and I will NEVER forgive them! Now I am off to play Divine Divinity 1 again! Happy days
