After the mine entrance by the quarry portal gets blown up I find out that there's a secret mine entrance to the east by the goblin camp but I can't find it. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Don't worry about it now: you'll be able to get there, but much later in the game.

I've gone through everything and am about to get the battle tower but want to finish off everything before I do. Once the valley becomes filled with poison I won't be able to complete the four part quest so this is the last thing I have to do and if this mine entrance isn't where I have to go then where is it? Sorry I made a mistake and posted in the wrong place.

This quest is only available after getting the battle tower (as is one on sentinel island that you need to be able to fly to do). The top of the quarry wall and tower will be above the poison, and the mine entrance is high above the goblin camp (on sentinel island the person who wants the book from the ship stuck in a tree moves up above the gas, though you may want to consider reading the book yourself rather than completing the quest).
