do you ever get to fight her im hoping so the first time i played we never fought

No, you don't get to fight Rhode (maybe in the expansion, though).

not fair and i dont see how she should be dead if the story fits right with the ending plus she gets put away remember

ok why is it when you beat the game you get stuck in hall of echos and you cant start over with the stuff you had

Rhode gets tossed in jail in Aleroth, but once the city is saved and you leave, the commander there would not have any reason to keep her locked up.

Re-starting a game with the same character/equipment is generally confined to straight hack and slash Action RPGs. Besides balancing issues, there are plot specific events that would not make much sense if you were already a dragon knight.

i guess but whatever was hoping there was more then one ending
