The wolfsbane poison, and fake red ore, are for possible quest solutions on sentinel island. Have you done any swimming around the island... say, off the windy peninsula with the tombstone?
Axel, please realize that people aren't constantly on these forums. Some of your questions can't be immediately answered. The two hours that Raze took to answer is actually pretty good turnaround.
On the other hand, 2 hours is a long time to not play the game for something that might not even be important. I took the answer to be 'I've already played past that point', rather than a complaint specifically on the response time.
