Have you gotten the ones in and just before High Halls? There are a couple rabbits in the dragon cliff castle, and on the small island near the Grand Knight teleporter shrine. I think there is one by the bandit's cabin just outside the harbour anti-dragon shield, to the far east.
There is a rabbit in the background during the cutscene after you give a couple malachite gems to the blind philosopher, but I couldn't find a rabbit on that ledge anywhere.

According to spif2001 in the topic Killer Rabbit, if a low level character can kill enough rabbits to trigger the bunny's appearance, loading a high level character and killing rabbits may trigger it sooner.

i think you got to kill at least 20 rabbits or so to activate him.he looks bloody to me with big fangs.i am at about level 17 and got it saved right before the last rabbit kill to activate him.but it seems when he comes i can do no damage at all to him with magic or anything and he just kills me with one hit.

finally i was able to spawn him in the bandit camp and with ten guys hitting on him ,still did"nt do anything to him but i was able to pluck away at him while they kept him busy enough to get him.

best thing is to save after each bunny so when the last one comes up you got a save before he spawns.

The best way to kill him, even if you arent a ranger, is to get on a place where he cannot get to you, then shoot away with your bow. even if you are a ranger it still takes a very long time but you get an achievement and a considerable amount of experience.

If you have a save before getting the battle tower you could always reload it to return to Broken Valley to get the achievement, though you would loose the experience from killing it going back to your recent save.

The killer bunny can not jump or climb very well, so if you are near a rock or platform, or he spawns at the bottom of a steep river bank you should be able to take him out from a distance, as Jdog619 said. Your creature or a summon may not do any damage, but would keep him distracted and not moving around, allowing you to hit him more consistently and for more damage.
