Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Frustrated!

Hey im new to this so im sure its an obvious rook question...Im stuck looking for lovis. I am in the room with the four dragon statues and the text says lovis is close and the door locks behind me. How do I proceed??? Am I missing an obvious switch or something? Thank you very much for the help

Search the for the corpse in the room for a spell to reveal the way. I don't blame you for being frustrated, this part got me pretty frustrated as well on my first character.

one thing i suggest too is to log into one of the sites that has walkthru's for people. i found out that i made many mistakes by doing things in wrong orders and ultimately losing out on quests and other things because i killed someone i shouldn't have...
