Raze's fortress is directly in front of the harbor right? I'm in Kearas at the moment...I beat Xanalosh...where is Kali's fortress? Is that close to where you fight the two flying goblins for the workshop upgrade?
Yes, and Yes. Kali's fortress is in Rivertown Gorge (the only thing there); keep flying past the rock in the river with the chest on it. You can walk there as well, but flying is better...
