I need help trying to make lots of money for better gear and weapons to defeat the rifts inside the chapel place, monsters are level 28 but im only lvl 19 cannot find a easier way to level =[

Have you cleared down the mountain path at the start of the fjords, as well as the beaches, depleted ore mine, the path to the harbour and High Halls, etc? After that you could start on the flying fortresses (Stone's would be easiest).

With your battle tower runners fully upgraded (talk to your trainer and enchanter), you shouldn't have any problems getting gold or potions. Send the herb runner for ginseng (or whatever else you need for the strongest healing potion you can make) and the other two for malachite ore and diamonds to sell; as soon as they leave the tower just teleport out and then back and they will have returned (usually successfully).

what is the max money spent on all 3 of them with max weps and max armor?

To fully upgrade all of them it will cost 42,000 gold (1k + 2k + 4k for the 3 levels of upgrades, for both weapons and armour, for each of the 3 runners. If you don't have enough to do it all at once, start with Tom, and send him out for malachite ore to sell.
