Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Technical problems poor profomance

hi finnally got it to install with enough fiddling, and installed the 103 patch

but im still getting very stuttery graphics and framerates, it shouldnt be my machine

heres the specs

phenom 2 x4 955black (3.2 factory clock)
4 gb ddr 3 866 ram (geil)
win 7 64
800 wattpsu

ati 4200 gpu onboard, seems over a gig is alocated to gpu

any advice
