Just curious, with the xpac on the horizon, will Larian attempt to "get the word out" to a greater degree than before?
Now, I have no idea how the game was marketed in Europe, but in the US it is still largely an unknown title. At the same time, it offers a higher level of polish and tons more content and gameplay time than other single-player cRPGs currently on the market. FOV and the accompanying engine patch for vanilla

(according to Lar_q) is set to address many issues that turned off mainstream reviewers - brutal early-on combat and engine "imperfections", to name a couple. With these adjustments, the game just might be the much-awaited "great break-through RPG" on the scale of the first Deus Ex or Morrowind.
Will there be another push to acquaint the world with Rivellon?
