Alrighty, I got dragon nail, and it told me to give it to him but there was no option to do so and eventually the quest changed to I delivered the dragon nail to allan. I keep trying to talk to him to see if the quest will change so I can give him the rest of the items, but nothing happens... what do I do?

Well... nevermind I suppose. The moment I post for help I got a black rose and now the quest changed to got all the items for Allan.

he does not have the poition he lies to you because did you not notice that he was a. not famous b. tok him a while to remember the ingrideants and c. you can not improve your necromancy ring
