Is there a way to view the stats on your creature without visiting the Necromancer?
Is there a way to view the enchantments available to you including the ingredients without going to the enchanter?
Is there a way to view the potions available to you including the ingredients without going to the alchemist?
The question is not, Can they reason? nor, Can they talk? but, Can they suffer?

No, I don't think there is any way to do those things at an arbitrary location in-game. I wouldn't be surprised if the patch / FoV / DKS added at least some of that information to additional sections of the quest log, or something.
I kept a written list of the enchantments I had, in case I found enchanted equipment or a formula, and wanted to know if it was worth holding on to, or if I could sell it (or in a couple cases, buy something offered by a merchant just for the enchantment). I didn't worry about ingredients, though, unless I was out of something I needed.

It would be handy to be able to view the creature stats, for instance, with a single click or keystroke -- not essential, but handy. Oh well.
The question is not, Can they reason? nor, Can they talk? but, Can they suffer?
