I am new to devinity II and have just got my dragon stone..I have increase Dragon Spirit to 2, and put claw and Bone Dragon head peice on my dragon, I have 797 hit points level 18.
MY system is Windows 7 Premium dual core 2.66 mh procesor, Gegorce 220 1gb ddr memry with latest Nvidia drivers.
When I take out a turret or spawn machine and return behind tower to rejuvenate I only get to 200 of my 797 hit points then stop? This makes it impossible to finish the area to get my tower.

So if you wait for the cooldown time and use the skill again, you don't heal at all?

Can you use the dragon morph stone in the first dragon battle, to transform back to human to heal? I think that may be blocked.

Try removing the head piece, and see if using level 1 of Dragon Spirit works any better (it should heal 50 points per second, for 5 seconds).

You can use potions in dragon form, and once you return to the battle tower and upgrade the runners, ingredients are easy to get. Try any food / healing / rejuvenation potions you have.

I just finished the last level of entering the tower with Sasson, Killed the main guy, then entered
to get dragon stone, got the cutscene of bonding with dragonstone, got cutscene flying dragon.
Had on point to spend so put on 'Dragon Spirit'.
Now after I knock out hatching tower (retrieving damage) when I go behind tower to regenerate, unless I eat bread or chicken i only regenreate to about 260 hp then stop, if I consume a revitialize potion maybe goes up 10 HP.
Maximum I reach is 300 after sonsuming all my potions.
This makes it impossible to finish this and get to the tower. I can't do nothing 'cept try and wipe out the nesting towers but that is harder wth no HP.
I may have to go back to a savegame earlier and not rush to get dragon stone.

Do you have a save before defeating Laiken, that you can reload and try again? If there was just some weird glitch, trying again may make a difference.

With a save before entering the summoning chamber you can reload and head to the fjords to level (presumably you have finished off everything you can do in Broken Valley and Sentinel Island). After that you may be able to take out the attackers around the battle tower without needing to heal when you return. There is also another dragon skill book you can find in the start of fjords (though that wouldn't make a huge difference).


Even at your current level, you may be able to change your tactics and take out enough of them to finish the fight.

Keep moving; hit target lock for towers/nests and circle around while holding the Fire Breath trigger/key down. If getting in too close causes too much damage, try flying by repeatedly to use Fire Sphere.

On the Xbox, a burst of speed is triggered by the left shoulder button. On the PC this is done by right clicking.

Why is dragon so hard?

Hi raze,
I got it thanks. I re-installed the patch without my virus/spam software running and it seems to have fixed things.
I was able to get my HP up to 600 so got through.
