Near the location shown in the maps, look for a couple short parallel walls, where the third generator was (that you probably got to by jumping down from a platform above, that had a couple edges protruding into the anti-dragon shield). Under a bit of an overhang of rock for a higher level, there are 3 tents along the cliff face, near one of the open ends between the two walls. From left to right there is a large open ended tent, a smaller lean-to style tent, another large open ended tent, and then a stack of crates with a tarp covering. The Archmage Cuirass is in a plain wooden chest in the lean-to, while the gauntlets are in a fancier rounded top chest in the tent just to the right (one of two such chests). You should easily be able to see the walls if you fly around where the map shows, as well as the tents when you get moderately close.
