i cant find the dragon or idk what im suppose to do

There is a cave under the waterfall at the start of the fjords (Talana nags you about it whenever you get close)...

already been in that cave what am i looking for in there?
ok now i see it but where do i get these things for the statutes whent past champion place and cant find it

There is one talking tree on the small island near the grand knight teleporter shrine, at the start of the fjords, one on a ledge north of Stone's flying fortress entrance, and the third on a ledge east of the Red Hammer tribe area. Each tree will have a short quest for you in order to get the seeds you need for the statues.
