does anyone know where this key is or the key to the chest in keara's flying fortress? please respond

You had to have chosen Radcliff as your Enchanter, and then gotten the quest from him in the Battle Tower. If you chose Wesson, you can never open it.

There is a locked chest outdoors in Keara's fortress that does not have a key (and another sealed in ice, that you can not get to).
