I had some problems regarding low FPS cutscenes it turned out that
ati tray tools and Catalyst control center where the cause of this.
I used them both to fix my micro stutter issue i have ingame
i stil have those problems. but at least the choppy cutscenes are fixed now.
im currently doing research into the micro stutter issue
it seems its not only divinity related but other games that run on the same engine. have this as well.
and it mainly occurs with ati cards.
Oblivion. fallout 3 for example.
