I give up! No matter what I do or no matter how hard I try (and I've done it a number of times over and over). I still can not defeat the Divine and Zandalor.

*sigh*

What is your level and class, what skills do you have? Do you have saves from before the Hall of Echoes?

Level 34 and warrior. I have gotten as far as killing Zandalor and MAYBE one of the Paladines. I still can't get past this.

Have you summoned your creature? Mine (with a mage head) was helpful taking out the paladins, and when that was done kept Zandalor distracted while I went after the Divine. I used a bow a little bit (no ranger skills) and Rush Attacked paladins (preferably ones alone) until there were none left, making sure not to stand still too long at the beginning of the fight, so I didn't get surrounded.

Do you have any spare skill points you can put into Summon Demon, or something?

There is a skill book on the floor at the stairs leading into the main room from the entrance, and if you have a save before entering Ygerna's memory, you can return to the battle tower (from the dragon sections of the Hall of Echoes) to adjust your skills or enchantments, etc.

After adding a couple Regeneration Auras to jewelry (preferably level 10), I'd suggest filling any remaining enchantment slots with level 9 Static Charge. On armour I mostly went with level 9 Life Line, with a couple resistance auras.

For skills, I went with Dual Wielding 13, Bleed 10, Evade 1, Rush Attack 1 and Whirlwind 1. Support skills included Mana Efficiency 5, Healing 1, Mana Leech 1 (probably not necessary) and Life Leech 1. I had a couple levels of Regenerate before the Hall of Echoes, but didn't relearn it when I reskilled.

I did find that battle to be rather jarring from the simple fact that I was blowing through about everything in site, then I think I was something like 2 shot killed right from the word go.

I need a ton of melee resist just to survive that initial fury from the Divine. So here are a couple hints above and beyond what others presented....

Immediately as the battle starts, jump to the side and get your self clear as fast as you can. Your first target should be the Divine. If you take him out, the battle becomes -MUCH- easier. Use the Pause menu ( the 'f' key) and use your skills to target the divine specifically.

Getting into the cheese territory, it is possible to save the game mid-combat. So if you manage to take out a couple or more of them, save the game (preferrably in a new slot). If you make a mistake after that point, reload and try again until you knock a few more out, save, repeat, until you win.

I finished as a level 34, MM 12, Healing 1, Mana Efficiency 5, Way of Mage 5, Destruction 5, Reflect 12, Evade 9 or some such.

Having those pets out helps alot though
