I'm playing on xbox360 in N.A. One thing I would recommend if you are unable to get the patch is to always make a "new save game", don't save over an old save. I've played this game a bunch and when I got up to about level 20 the saves didn't always appear in the saved game list. When I restarted the game the saves would appear. I was always saving over old saves. So I played the game on another xbox I have and basically the same thing happened again. Finally I figured out that if I always made a new save it worked fine. I've not experienced it again even after several playthroughs. Don't give up on this game, it's great, even the ending. Most players I've read hated it, but what it said to me was, hey, a sequel is coming! Witness now FOV and D2DKS
