I downloaded D2:TDS with the intend to play it out again before starting the expansion pack. I was pleasantly surprised that I could jump into the expansion pack. Now I do have old save games from D2:ED.

Can I import these saved games in D2:TDS ?

The Dragon Knight Saga does not import saves; it is Flames of Vengeance that has that option.

Now I have a question. If I start new D2:DKS Ego Draconis game, will I be able to continue with same character (skills, armor, weapon and other stuff) in D2:DKS Flames of Vengence?

Yes, it will keep going once you get past the Ego Draconis section.

I just finished the dragon knight saga's egon draconis story but I can't import my character to flames of vengeance. In my guide it says I have to finish ego draconis and after the finale Flames of vengeance should automatically begin, but in my case after the end my save game just returns to the main menu. How is this possible?
