I passed all the Thieves Guild entry tests, but when I talk to Rob, I am still offered the option of telling him to have patience and he replies by asking me to hurry up with the lockpick test. Will it screw up anything later in my game? My DD version is v1.34. Thanks!

Nope. That's just a minor bug that hasn't been fixed. Don't pay attention to it and move on. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

The same can't be said of some other bugs though. Some need hex editing and starting up a big surgery on your savegame... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ouch.gif" alt="" />

Have you begun this Game with Version 1.34?
This bug is solved with the latest patch, but when you begun the Games in a earlyer (is it the right word?) Version, the bug can't be solved. Only when you begin a new game the storybugs will be vanish. For more information about this, pleas read the Patch-description. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Oh...no wonder the problem could not be saved even though i updated my game to the latest version...there are a lot of these minor bugs...quite irritating, the merchant who got his cart burnt in Verdistis(4got his name) kept telling me his cart was burnt even after i solved the quest of the burning cart... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ouch.gif" alt="" />

But note: Only the storybugs can't be solved in available Savegames. All other bugs will be solved with the patch. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
