Hello everyone!
After some extended testing the issue appears to be with the Light Shaft, so the blur kicks in whenever that is activated and I look at any location in the distant that should be altered by that function...
Also the blur effect is applied to the whole scene when that happens. it's less jaggies on the eyes but way too much blur for my taste...
As a side note I can't get the screenspace Anti Alisasing to work no matter what I try.
Edit: Apparently the Blur also kicks in when I deactivate HDR, and I get a very aliased screen with HDR on, (not sure if thats intended since I can't manage to get Screenspace or any other kind of AA to do anything...)
I can add DXdiag or screenshots if needed.
Spec:
NVidia GTX 460 260.99 with all driver settings set back to default for testing.
C2Q 9550
Win7 X64
Steam/English version of the game,
All drivers as up to date as can be.
Desktop composition disabled.
Edit: I have tested that on low/medium/high and maximum, the issue appears to be the same no matter what else is activated, also if I play around with the graphics options too long the game crashes out of the blue for some reason.
