Hi guys,

Have a small problem with the "Reaping the Seeds" Quest.

I happen to just obliterate the gobos on that island and looted everything in the treehouse before I knew it was Yggdrasgil and I never talked to him.

I moved on and found the second tree over by Dragon Knight Keep, then I turned around and came back to Ygg... now Ygg is unselectable... infact I can walk right through the tree now. It seems like something is bugged out for some reason.

I can walk thru the tree, I can climb the ladder but, can not enter the treehouse portion anymore. So umm.. I can't get Yggdragsil's seed.

Is there a work around or something I can do?

The goblin should not have been on the island until after you talked to the tree.

Do you have a save before then you can reload?

Did you try exiting the game and reloading? How about going to Broken Valley and returning, to see if that would reset something. You could also try talking to the statues again in the primordial cave.

Try emailing support@larian.com; they may be able to reset the status of the tree, or something.



In XP the saves are in the folder

C:\Documents and Settings\ %username% \Local Settings\Application Data\Divinity 2\Savegames


or in Vista / Win 7

C:\Users\ %username% \AppData\Local\Divinity 2\Savegames


You may need to set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders (XP, Vista, Win 7).

I don't have a save any where reasonably close no.

I have reloaded / exited the game multiple times to see if I could ..

I haven't tried to zone back to Broken Valley.. I'll give that a shot.

If I have to reload the game that far back.. GAH. >.<

I'm not sure if that was Charlie on the island but, I def killed 2 gobos on that island as I landed on it.
