Do you mean Healers house if so go to the pub in the markt district & mindread the barman go pick up the key he mentioned & return & then go open the room upstairs. Once you've done that light the candles to make the demon appear then kick his butt & return to healers house to finish the quest.

You can also just use the item you get from the demon yourself and see how the skeleton reacts, depending on what you have already done you might even meet him somewhere else.
