After claiming the battle tower, I decided to stretch my dragon wings in order to look for some areas I previously couldn't reach on Sentinel island.
I found the following note and a burning skeleton next to it:
"Here burns in the flames or eternal torment one who dared to disobey me. Ever shall the biting pain of fire haunt him in the after-lives he travels. May all those who do not heed me, Laiken the Immortal, likewise suffer."
Anything particular that can be done for Mr. skelly or is it merely a cosmetic effect that adds to the general scenery?
