I mean to remove the charm in my armor

Charms are permanent, enchants can be removed.

Is there any way you can find charms? I mean, besides randomly?

Kind of an odd question. What do you mean? You can buy them off of merchants too, but I don't recall ever seeing Divine quality charms on a merchant.

Well my question is because since I have my tower, I don't buy much at all. I craft my potions, enchant my weapons (the ones I loot) and what I can't do is craft charms.

Where do you still buy items after getting your tower?

There are quite a few merchants left. They are where you would expect them to be.

Well I would expect them to be in my tower :P

There are merchants in Champion Harbour, Aleroth, High Hall (once you restore peace), and optionally the Eagle's Nest base opposite the Champion Statue in the Fjords. There's also a wandering merchant you can find on the road between High all and the Red Ore Mine.

Ah I see now, I haven't been to most of those places yet

You can find them randomly. Also, if you mindread Laiken a treasure chest will appear behind the throne after the fight with two +5 charms. Aleroth is the only place I've found where you can buy +3 or +4 charms from Merchant there.
