just wondering as i got about 12% left of the main game...does the expansion kick on after u beat the main or do i have to start a new char to play flames of vengance? ( would be nice to carry my char over to the expansion part) n i got so far 45 hours invested in the main game..lol XD thanks in advance

You can just keep playing, the game will go from ED to FoV without you having to do anything special.
