Larian Studios Forums Divinity II The Dragon Knight Saga / Flames of Vengeance (English) Technical problems Hotfix won't install, Please help!

I have the English Retail DVD v1.4.9.32 and when i try to install the hotfix this error comes up:
'This hotfix cannot be applied. Or the game was not installed, or the game version does not match.'

I've tried every hotfix and I've even re-installed the game and also ran the hotfix as admin with no luck. If anyone knows how to remove the 30 fps cap on the game please let me know or if anyone can tell me how to get this hotfix to work I would greatly appreciate it. The 30 fps cap is making my head ache and is unplayable for me. Thank you for your time and help.

I have the same problem and it wont go away!!

@frostbiteface and @The_EvilAlex, I'm afraid that you will have to contact your retailer where you bought the DVD. We never released a DVD that has that version number.

Which email address (or nickname) have you sent the report from please? I couldn't find an XML file from you in my mails.
