Does life drain(5) Attribute wear off a weapon over time? If so, which other attributes wear off after awhile?

no. None of the attributes wear over time. Life drain (5) is pretty nice though. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />

I killed seth for about 1 hour straight. The sword I kept was:
81-100 Damage
5 Charm
(5) Life Drain
(5) Poison
(5) Fire
(5) Lightning

So I will be pretty much set when I get high enough attributes for it. Mwa hah.

Monsters' resistances tend to increase as the game progresses, so it may start to become less effective, but by that time you will not need the Life Drain as much.
I suspect you will probably be using this sword for most of the rest of the game.

damn! Thats a good sword. I wonder if I just kept killing him I would get it? Maybe they just make 100 things of all the weapons and u do it 100 times and eventually get it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/suspicion.gif" alt="" />

Well I am not sure I did it exactly one hundred times. I did however do it somewhere around that number.
