It's not really a big deal, however when I was doing another quest near the Temple Shrine (Next to Maxos' Temple), I happened upon a copy of Commander Rhode, except she's completely inactive.
This is after you fight the other Dragon Slayers near the entrance to the Temple, she gives you the Sword then runs off.
I assume that it was meant to delete this instance of her, but regardless, I thought I would report this small glitch.
Like I said, it's not a really big deal.
I was going to upload a picture, however unfortunately my PrintScreen gives me a completely black image, I have no idea why and I can't find an in-game button for it. This is right next to ZixZix, to the north-west of his platform.
I went back to ZixZix with the 4 parchments to get the password to that storage early in the game, and just happened by her just standing there. You cannot interact with her in any way, she just stands there idling.
