I've just cleared out the Dark Cave in the Fjord zone. It's the one with the gay bandit leader (Ragnon) and an alchemy book.
In the far eastern side, near the pressure-plate puzzle, there are two chests. I've opened one, but the other says it cannot be opened through lockpicking. How do I get it open?
