I just finished The Dragon Saga and i must say that this is one of my favorite rpg i have ever played!!

I don't understand all the negativity about fov, i though it was an excellent expansion to an already amazing game.
I remember near the end of D2:ED in Aleroth i was like oh my god how i'd like to explore this city... then when FOV starts not only can you actually explore it, the whole expansion is in the city!
It though it was a nice change from D2:ED.

I really loved how almost all the quests (in fov) had to do with the undead, ghost or demons, absolutely loved the quest in the house of play!
As a matter of fact i think i preferred the quests in the expansion rather than those of the main game.

The only thing i think that disappointed me is the fact that its too short (i wanted more!!), i think it took me something like 12hrs to do and i was playing on hard the whole time but i was just too darn powerful, Ygerna only took like 5 hits before she died lol.

I just can't wait for your next game!!
Please just don't make it top down like diablo hehe wink

yeah I agree I remember thinking why can't I stay & explore the city maybe even help to liberate it from the undead thats hunting the place.

Then FOV came out & not only did I get to explore but I got to save Aleroth from the undead which is what I wanted in D2.

It would have been nice to have more dragon time but I still loved what thay did with FOV awsome add on to an awsome game wink

I think the negative feedback on FOV was the down to it being an expansion, rather than just part of the original release. (I think that was maybe intended? I dunno)

It would've felt fine if it was part of the original game, going from freedom to a stalemate vs the black ring after the big secret is revealed and you get trapped. I think most are a bit sore because they had to wait so long for the expansion which doesn't really feel like a whole new adventure, like most expansions generally are.

I can understand how it might feel completely fine if you played the DKS straight through as one game.
