I cant remember which one the moss rat is... however there is platforming above the entrance to the tomb you need to use the orbs at...
It requires that you put on/take off the helemet mutiple times to complete as half the platforms are invisable in each mode.
Since the others are easy to get I assume this is the one you may have missed.
