Im tired of going site to site every day, checking which retailers finally have DNS listed for online sale (not direct download, physical copy via snail mail). Ive seen a few others around who appear to be searching the same thing. Heres where ive found listings for the DNS PC retail version in North America: amazon canada "in stock" amazon US "in stock" *gogamers amazon listing gogamer "in stock" Ive searched the locations Lar_q provided: Walmart Canada Future Shop EB Games Gamestop Bureau en Gros and none have the game listed yet. My hope is that those that find the game listed at different locations will post those locations so that others may avoid having to go retailer to retailer, searching themselves. I am particularly interested in the Xbox 360 version, alas I have yet to see a listing for it.

Quote by Dae: "Heres where ive found listings for the DNS PC retail version in North America: amazon canada "in stock" " I was so excited when I saw that it was in stock at Amazon.ca that I almost went ahead and purchased it before I looked at the Product Description. It was all in French leading me to believe there is no English version Have not e-mailed them yet to find out. Just thought I would give a heads up before anyone orders it.

Sorry, I forget to mention that possibility with the amazon listing. I cant confirm, but id like to think that the publisher did the same thing with DNS as they did with D2:ED, where they released an english version and a bilingual english/french version. Retailer with possible Xbox 360 North American DNS listed: http://www.cdwow.us/games/divinity-2-the-dragon-knight-saga-xbox-360/dp/19003895 "open for preorder, available on 11/26" Ive never ordered from cdwow and it concerns me that the version they show on their US and CA sites look exactly like one on the UK site. Also, they do not note the format of the game (PAL or NTSC). Anyone have any info on this retailer?

If you want the Xbox game, can't help you. If you want the PC version use their valut, if your worried about DRM their FAQ's show you it really isn't DRM protected. And how you can get future copies if you need to.
I personally purchased from there. Plus Larian gets more money in their pockets then some 3rd party guy that won't ever help with the development with their future games.
Larian has had major issues since their first game getting a distributors for N. America. This is one way they've solved that problem so N. American fans can purchase their games. And example of one major blow was Divinity: Sword of Lies was forced to be named Divine Divinity.

Every time there I run into trouble on the road, there is always a dwarf at the bottom of it. Don't they know how to drive above ground?

We have confirmed from our buyer that the below game is a UK PAL version. http://www.cdwow.us/games/divinity-2-the-dragon-knight-saga-xbox-360/dp/19003895 If there is anything else we can do for you please don't hesitate to get back to us.So my hopes that they somehow have an NTSC xbox 360 version are hereby smashed

It might take some time, but I'm quite hopeful that a US X360 version is going to materialize. A lot of US publishers first wanted to see how the game was going to do in Europe , and since that's going fairly well, interest levels are up.

Good to hear that interest from the Publishers has gone up, I broke down and bought a copy of the regular 360 version and have been having fun with that,So I am looking forward to any possible release of the DKS version coming to the states.

Thats been the topic of discussion in this thread: HERE for quite a while now. Lar_q (one of the larian folks) more or less apologized and said Canada is in a similar boat as the US...in that the NTSC Xbox 360 version hasnt been released yet (and offered no clues as to when it will be).

All I can say at the moment is that talks with several publishers are advancing rapdily, so hopefully we'll be able to give you a date soon. Pushing it as hard as we can.

That's all we can ask for. I hope I can play this game in the near future. DKS has reviewed way better than Ego Draconis vanilla, so I don't see why a publisher wouldn't pick it up.
My Favorite RPGs: Divinity franchise, Gothic franchise (including Arcania, so I think I'm alone...), Venetica, Risen, Two Worlds II, The Witcher, Sacred franchise, Fallout franchise, Mass Effect 1, Alpha Protocol, Planescape: Torment, Drakensang, KOTOR 1 & 2, etc.

I really want to play this game as I haven't purchased a good RPG in years. Looking forward to buying a US copy.

Just updating my previous post. I emailed Amazon.ca as to whether the game was French only or Multi and they confirmed that the game was indeed English/French. I decided to take a chance on this and went ahead and ordered.
It arrived on time (I chose free shipping, 7-8 days) and it is indeed in both languages. The English manual is approx. the same size as the original Divinity 2 and the French manual is quite small (just 7 pages). I’m trying to find time now to uninstall Divinity 2 and install D2:DKS. Hopefully this week-end. ::fingers crossed::
So, if anyone is interested it can be ordered from Amazon.ca
