I am searching for clues 1 and 5 but I don't manage to find them. Maybe one of them is related to the door guarded by two champions near the entrance of the city...But ?

Maybe for the second it is related with the runes quest ?

You will get a clue from the rune handle quest and you will get one from gula.

Gula is the third clue, I have already found it thanks. Now go to the runes. I only found two for the moment in the lanilor's path where we find the old man who is found of runes and the second in crow nest. I probably missed at least one of them but I don't manage to find the last one.
