After speaking to Williams on the top floor, he just stands there, I guess he is meant to follow. All the doors are locked and the only way out is to teleport to the battle tower.

Could you send a savegame to support@larian.com and reference this thread?

I have the same problem!!! Hod did you solve yours, it turned out that this was a huge part of the game.... I also have a problem with my Nechromancer's quest. When i entered the cave i didn't find some terrible monster, just a few creatures weaker than my own even. I killed them all and they didn't give me anything and my Necromancer doesn't even react to hte fact that I had been there in the first place.....

I have a somewhat similar issue. I enter the mine office via the bottom floor double doors. I then get a cutscene of two black ring soldiers talking, they finally notice 'intruder'...I kill them, go to the top floor and I see a soldier with an exclamation over this head, but I cannot interact with him.

I'm thinking of downloading the newest patch and see if it'll work with it. Otherwise i'm stuck....

I downloaded and installed the newest patch and I was able to continue. I guess that was the main issue Hope i helped ;P
