We try to solve everyone's problem as fast as we can, we even help people in other forums with their questions. The advantage of a forum is that users can help each other with problems they solved, which makes the support process even faster.
I see that you posted in several threads that you have the same problem as other users, but those users confirm this bug as resolved.
On the steam forum you mention that you still have the problem despite the patch.
I advise you that you send a savegame that demonstrates the problem to support@larian.com, together with a report from our support tool that you can download
here.
As you say, we are out of office until the 3rd of January, but someone will look at this issue immediately that day - if not sooner.
