Hello,

i recently bought DKS off of steam, and over the past few days have been attempting to play it. Unfortunately, i've been having an error where the game wont start up (windows "Divinity II has stopped working"). i've gotten an error message where it says im missing a PhysXLoader.dll . it recommended a reinstall, which just finished but the error remains. any information is appreciated

Thanks,
Strategist

This sounds like an error in your dependancies (shared resources between games).

(1) Try disabling hardware PhysX:

(2) Try reinstalling all dependancies: Find the folder "Steam\steamapps\common\divinity ii - dragon knight saga\support" in your windows program files folder ("Program Files" on 32 bit OS, "Program Files (x86)" on 64-bit OS)

Uninstall then reinstall every installer you find under this "Support" folder.

Hope this helps, and good luck!

You're more than welcome!

And as for my "step 1", I just assumed you were using NVidia graphics - there have been previous issues with NVidia hardware and PhysX acceleration. I'm glad you've got it working smile
