I have run that Harbour Barracks from end to end a few times. I talked to Sejanus, and I have looked everywhere for this board.

I have already killed 2 of the needed criminals doing stuff on the way to the Harbour. I'm starting to wonder if that has bugged it maybe.

Would appreciate anyone that can tell me where this board is, I am about to give up.

The message board is in the back corner of the small upstairs area inside the Champion Harbour building.

Right beside Sejanus no less, any closer to me I would have tripped over it.

I'm not sure if I'm just blind or what, a guard in the barracks in broken valley told me about the job board, I can find it anywhere, anyone know where this is?

That one is right next to hallway leading to jail cells...
