Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Stone's arena locked doors?...SPOILERS...

I found a thread talking about this, but no answer to the question. I have defeated Stone and looted him. But how do you open any of the 4 giant doors? One of the doors has a chest with a special item for Black Ring machinery, so where does it go?

The doors in the arena, presumably the cells that the summoned creatures were kept in, can not be opened.

The generator is in the first section of Stone's headquarters, IIRC.

Yea I solved the 4 stones versus 5 stones thing by reloading an older save. Originally I had put the 4 stones in prior to defeating Stone.

As you may know(or others reading the thread), if you place 4 stones only, you don't get the treasure chest. Beating Stone in the arena before going into the room with the generator allows you to have 5 stones total...THEN goto the machine and place all 5 at once.
