I have had the playhouse quest kicking around since early on.

I have found the script in the basement. I read it. I talked to the director but he says I am not ready.

I can't figure out what I am suppose to do. Any help appreciated.

Have you mindread the director?

If not then mindread him and then
once you do go back down and search for a secret room, in it will be the blutsporn version. Read it and then you can act out the play and use the summoning. At that point you just kill everything and the room that Mara (the gran with the earrings) will open allowing you to finish the quest

Thanks

.................................................................

I have mind read him before.

I went back down to the basement. Using the map I can see there should be another room, but I cant't figure out how to get into it.

I didn't listen to the director closely enough. He said I needed to be female. Went back up to my base and became female, went back and did the performance. I successfully completed the quest and opened the door forcefield to retrieve the ear rings.

I need to read more carefully from now on.

Handy to know, I'm doing my first run through as a male. Could have been me back here soon

He tells you that there's a button next to the desk down below. That button is to the left of the desk. If you get the Blutspurn version from the secret room, it'll summon the real Demon and everybody will turn against you. When you kill the Director, that forcefield goes down.

Otherwise, use the standard version, do your performance, and the Director takes down the forcefield to reward you.

I'd like to close by quoting Bellegar's famous last rhyme:

"Cursed be the mother that bred thee!
The wench must have been a hell-spawned banshee!"
