Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Raze's Flying Fortress

I cleared out all of the fortress and got to Raze but during initial battle, I left to get healed. Now I can't open the gate to get to Raze. Is there a secret lever/switch to open the gate or do I need to start over. Very discouraging to get this far and have this obstacle.

if you left meaning you used your dragon stone you should be able to just return to where ever you left from

Did not use Dragon Stone, just ran to a neutral spot. Doesn't seem fair to achieve this level and then have game block me out.
