After I had finished the quest to get the dwarf to the council of seven. I could barely see a meter in front of me!? It wasn't item related. Has anoyone a clue what it could be, Now I mad a ring in the save editor so that I can see as much as first.

Your sight range apparently got messed up (possibly associated with a piece of equipment with an Elven Sight or Ranger Sight skill bonus).

Do you have any points in Elven Sight? If so, use iZakaroN's SaveEditor (or from Kiya's site, with description) to remove them (or give yourself skill points, if required). Re-load the save and put the skill points into Elven Sight (and maybe Ranger Sight, if you have enough). Save, and repeat if necessary. Someone else found that the sight boost when learning Elven/Ranger Sight was added right away, not calculated each time you load the game (for example), so adding and removing points to these skills can get your sight back to normal (removing the skill points does not drop your sight range and you can learn these skills multiple times, if necessary).

Alternately, you can edit the sight value directly. See Some more hex offsets... (and maybe Teleporting Anywhere, via hex editor as a reference).

OR:

you have picking up a CURSED equipment-item?
For example:
A Ring, Amulet or whatever that has (minus!)-5 to Sight ?

It isn't item related, I changed somethings In my computer, my somputer is wird so maybe that was the problem. :P
