Single handed

Dual wielding

Sword and Shield

Two handed

I found myself mixing between dual and sword and shield throughout the game, never touched two handed, rate of attack is too slow for me.

As a Mage I used sword and shield. Shield gives valuable protection, I didn't really care about melee damage.

I was a warrior. The only mage skill I used was firewall. Single hand and two hand were pretty useless. As for ranged, I tended to stay away from explosive arrows because I wanted a challenge

Yes, explosive arrows are overpowered,(and not only them in ranger class) but i'm not complaining smile

from playing the game over several times I would say a good balance from a heavy hitter = duel wield -- to a good bow for great range and AOE exploding arrows , etc and or combining fireball to a sword and board never played a two hander guy yet but i always find my success in balancing (for melee or any class was have a close and ranged balance no matter if you are a sorc/rnger or a in your face hitter you must have an equal balance to be good if you can hit the guy from a far just to tempor. to slow him down till your A game comes to be affective
the thats the best
