can somone help me?

The book is in a locked chest in the chamber with the bedrooms upstairs, along the outer wall. The key is upstairs in Amdusias' secret room. Welcome to the forum.

to be a bit more specific, the chest with the book is underneath the stairs in on the first floor of the room with the key
