How do I get up to stalkers cave? and where do I find the dwarf for the council? ive already speoken to him, and retrived the axe, but when i went back there he was gone

The dwarf should be in the house south of were you met him for the first time.

I need to get there, i went to where you said and there was no entrance

no cave or anything. it should be a cave u go down.

You have to enter between the two sides of the mountains and continue to follow th epath between it. you will come across some butterflies, continue a bit to the north. there should be the entrence to the cave.
