Hi forum,
I have two questions:

1.Is there any way to get back to Farglow? (I see the ship up there above Broken Valley but no way to reach it.)

2. How do I reset my skills?

You'll never visit Farglow again. You can't reset your skills until you have your Battle Tower. You'll be level 12 or so (minimum) at this time, so if you're only level 3-4 it'll be easier to restart the game.
