Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) General Yet another problem

I have yet another problem... I used that save edit thingy to boost up my stats (I've already beaten the game so that makes cheating ok right?) and when I try to cheat my way into having 'lightning cascade' and 'translocate' (two divine spells) It never works. It works with the other skills though. Why is this? Is it because I must have it in my skills log before I can toy with it? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ouch.gif" alt="" />

were did u get something that boosts ur stats. so like in the begging u could be level 50 or something like that??? I've never cheaten, just reloaded and used Walkthroughs.

Those skills are not available until you become the Divine One, so using the save editor to get them before that point will not work (nor will adding more skill points in anything else if you do not meet the level requirements).
