There is a small jewelry box outside on one of the platforms as you are going up the spiral path on Lovis' tower.
It is beside a body, on the first platform you reach heading upwards from the main entrance gate.
For the rabbit, it should stop and wait for you if you fall behind. It leads you north and a little west, then turns further west, towards the source of the river (staying on that section of land).
